Read who can apply and the application checklist. A short company introduction, product overview and accessible catalogue are more useful at this stage than a large collection of confidential documents.
Describe products clearly
The guides explain product identifiers, packaging, rights and machine compatibility information. They distinguish catalogue data from actual stock and document review from physical testing.
After submission
Follow-up guidance explains how to identify an earlier enquiry and provide corrections. Keep your company name, original email and submission date available when contacting the team.
