Provide dimensions
Give the capsule outer diameter and shape, assembled product size, weight and any protruding parts. Identify different capsule variants separately.
Confirm by testing
Document review is not mechanical approval. Sample testing may be needed for the target machine before a supply arrangement is agreed.
Avoid blanket claims
Do not assume a capsule fits every machine because the nominal diameter matches. Any accepted model and specification should be recorded in the cooperation documents.
